During the final week of June, 2009, AHEC will host workshops on the National Hardwood Lumber Association (NHLA) rules for grading American hardwood lumber. Starting in Mumbai on 22nd June, then moving to Chennai on Wednesday 24 June and finally ending up in Kochi on Friday 26 June, Bob Sabistina, AHEC's International Grading consultant will provide a practical demonstration of how American hardwood lumber is graded according to NHLA standard. Information will also be given on American hardwood species, products and end uses.
